Activate Meaningful Growth
Built for leaders who want workplaces that are aligned, innovative, high-performing, and built to last — we integrate leadership, execution, and the human dynamics that drive both into a single, practical way of working.
In a world that's changing everything at once
Organizations are navigating seismic shifts — in how they create value, how they structure work, how they develop their people, and how they leverage technology like AI to drive efficiency and free humans to do what they do best: think creatively, make decisions, and lead through change.
These shifts are happening simultaneously. Strategy, technology, and process alone can't keep up — because performance is ultimately a human system.
How people think, decide, collaborate, and lead through complexity is what determines whether strong strategies produce sustainable results. When leadership, execution, and human dynamics are integrated — not treated as separate initiatives — meaningful growth becomes repeatable.
That's the work we do.
An integrated approach
We integrate the best thinking in leadership, innovation, scaling, and execution into a single, practical way of working — so strategy becomes execution, purpose becomes performance, and change becomes something teams and individuals know how to lead through.
Built on Alignment, Focus, and Flow
This is the framework behind the work — the foundation on which meaningful growth is built.
-
Strengthening trust, clarifying purpose, and reconnecting people to shared direction — creating the foundation for purpose-driven growth
-
Clear, measured and adaptable priorities, products and processes, better, faster, evidence-based decisions, and continuous innovation that delivers real value
-
Where teams move in synch, feel supported and challenged, learn by doing, and where work moves with rhythm, cohesion and momentum, so sustainable high-performance becomes the natural result
That delivers proven results
Grounded in decades of research from the institutions that define how modern organizations perform.

Through the way work happens
No framework executes itself. Meaningful growth happens in daily decisions, shared understanding, and practiced ways of working.
Transformation Catalyst is how we deliver this work — bringing Alignment, Focus, and Flow into how people actually think, decide, and operate. At the center is leadership: how leaders create clarity, guide decisions, and shape how work happens — especially in moments of change.
Whether it's 1:1 coaching, a cohort experience, or helping an organization bring its vision and priorities into focus — the work is the same. To be human-centric means honoring the reality of how people actually think, feel, decide, and change. Not just the mind. The whole system.
Now available: Executive Catalyst, Business Catalyst, Culture Catalyst, Team Catalyst, and Clarity Catalyst (new — launching May 2026).

About the Team
We've spent decades inside the systems we now help organizations transform — as executives, consultants, and operators across strategy, leadership, technology, and organizational development.
-
Organizations grow when people are aligned around shared direction, focused on what matters most, and able to operate in flow. When these conditions are built into the way work happens, growth becomes sustainable rather than episodic.
Our team brings decades of experience working with global enterprises and growing organizations — supporting strategy, execution, and performance as organizations scale. We’ve lived the realities leaders face: competing priorities, rapid growth, evolving talent needs, and constant pressure to deliver — and we understand what enables growth to continue without losing momentum.
Our Values
Shared values are one of the strongest drivers of alignment. When values are lived — not just stated — they guide decisions, shape behavior, and build trust.
-
Our values are simple, lived experiences we practice ourselves and with our clients:
Curiosity - We remain open and inquisitive, trusting better questions lead to better outcomes.
Compassion - We lead with respect — for ourselves and others — by seeking understanding before judgment.
Courage - We meet resistance without retreat and continue forward with purpose.
Connection - We design experiences that allow real trust and genuine connection to emerge.
Commitment - We choose responsibility over reaction and show up fully to our work each day.
Our Team
Jerry Thompson
Over more than two decades helping organizations pursue meaningful growth, I've learned that sustainable progress is built from the inside out. Strategies and plans matter — but only when the conditions exist for people and teams to execute, adapt, and perform at a high level.
My career has spanned global enterprises and early-stage companies, in both executive and consulting roles — across finance, legal, and operations leadership, including strategy, operating model design, technology modernization, and large-scale transformation. Along the way, I saw the same pattern: strong strategies and bold ambitions often fell short not because of intent, but because the conditions for people to execute effectively were never designed.
That insight led me to deeply study the human side of change — training in coaching, emotional intelligence, and neuroscience. What I've learned is simple: organizations don't change — people do. When leaders and teams are equipped with the right mindsets and practical tools, they unlock extraordinary outcomes for themselves and their organizations. That's what IMPOWERU is built to deliver.
Rob Vanderwerf
After twenty-five years helping organizations pursue meaningful, sustainable growth, I've learned that long-term performance rarely comes from a single strategy, framework, or initiative. Real progress happens when the everyday conditions for great work are intentionally designed — where clear strategy, effective systems, and aligned leadership reinforce one another.
Across executive and consulting roles in global enterprise, mid-market, and start-up environments, I've led operational and transformational growth efforts spanning strategy, organizational development, sales and marketing, product development, technology, and operations — supporting organizations across technology, healthcare, consumer and industrial goods, financial services, and professional services, and driving outcomes of 2-10x business growth.
Through this work, I've seen how Alignment, Focus, and Flow — when put into practice — create the environment where teams execute with clarity, innovate consistently, and achieve meaningful results. These lessons inspired me to help bring these ways of working to more leaders and organizations.
Sanaa Darif
My professional journey spans hospitality, global technology initiatives, and organizational transformation — all rooted in a deep respect for how people come together around meaningful work. I began as a restaurateur, where I learned how thoughtful design, nourishment, and service create environments where people feel connected and energized. I later brought those principles into the IT and transformation space, leading large-scale international initiatives including work on the largest hospital project of its time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and supporting digital transformation across U.S. federal civilian organizations.
Across these settings, I've seen what allows organizations to move with clarity and momentum. When purpose is shared, priorities are visible, and systems are intentionally designed, teams gain the confidence to execute, adapt, and innovate together.
My approach is practical — informed by systems thinking, leadership development, neuroscience, and consciousness studies — and always centered on the lived experience of the people doing the work. I design the conditions that enable alignment, focus, and flow so meaningful growth can happen consistently and humanely.
Alexis Ré
I've spent my life studying the intersection of true human health — mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical — and how that translates to purpose, performance, and impact. My background spans somatic practices, creative expression, and the embodied habits that support sustained well-being and growth.
At IMPOWERU, I bring this lens to the inner work that underpins everything else — helping individuals and teams reconnect with the clarity, energy, and creative capacity that high-pressure environments often suppress. Through art, embodied practice, and age-old ways of living rooted in simple meaningful habits, I support the human foundation that makes alignment, focus, and flow possible.
Owen Thompson
I'm drawn to how people organize themselves and interact — across teams, organizations, and communities. My focus is on designing systems that are both efficient and human-centric, applying lessons from past successes to build better ways of working for the future.
At IMPOWERU, I support the design and implementation of operating structures that help teams work with greater clarity, alignment, and consistency. People often describe me as pragmatic and grounded — and that's exactly what I bring to the work.
